Not sure which size to go for?

Our jerseys come in fan and player cuts. Fan jerseys have a relaxed athletic fit — order one size up. Player jerseys are cut closer to the body — order two sizes up. Check the size guide on any product page for exact chest, length, and height measurements.

Ordered the wrong size?

No problem. Get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. As long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has its tags attached, we will arrange an exchange. Email support@full90club.com with your order number and the size you need.

How should I look after my jersey?

Wash inside out at 30°C on a delicate cycle and hang to dry. Do not tumble dry, iron directly on any prints or badges, or use fabric softener — it degrades the performance fabric over time and affects the quality of the finish.

Why has my order not arrived on time?

Delays can be caused by customs clearance, carrier capacity, or high demand during busy periods. If your parcel is well past its estimated date, email support@full90club.com with your order number and we will chase it up right away.

I used the wrong delivery address.

You have a 72-hour window after placing your order to request an address correction. Email support@full90club.com with your order number and the correct address as soon as possible. Once your parcel has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes and cancellations are accepted within 72 hours of placing your order. Email support@full90club.com as soon as possible. After this window — or once the order has been packed for dispatch — we are unable to make amendments.

I have not received my order confirmation.

Confirmation emails are sent automatically within minutes of purchase. Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is still not there after an hour, contact support@full90club.com and we will resend your confirmation straight away.

Returns

What is Full90Club's return and exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must arrive back unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags intact. Personalised orders cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrectly made.

How do I send something back?

Email support@full90club.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We will send you a returns form and step-by-step instructions. Return postage is at the customer's cost. Exchanges are completed within 3–5 business days of us receiving the item.

How long until I get my money back?

Your refund is issued to your original payment method as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item. Allow 2–5 business days for your bank to process the funds. You will receive a confirmation email the moment the refund is issued.

My item arrived damaged or faulty.

We are sorry about that. Email support@full90club.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer — without delay.
